ON MAY 3RD, VOTE YES ON PROP D!
Early Voting: April 22nd-29th

A MODERN LIBRARY & COMMUNITY CENTER
FOR A
MODERN WEST U.

Building for Tomorrow is a group of local citizens committed to implementing West University Place’s strategic Facilities Master Plan.

The City of West University recently celebrated its 100th birthday. As our city has grown over the last century, our citizens have benefited from the development of new facilities that enhance our daily lives. Think of the Recreation Center and Colonial Park Pool as the most recent examples. Our elected officials have helped improve our city through financially responsible additions that meet the growing needs of our community.

The proposed upgrade to our city buildings is broken down into 4 phases. Phase 1 is underway with our new Public Works building on Dincans. Phase 2 is the next step and is incorporated within Proposition D.

We are voting YES on Proposition D to build a new library and community/senior center to further the strategic plan.

West U’s Mayor Susan Sample supports voting YES for proposition D, as do City Council members Clay Brett, Matt Hart and Shannon Carroll and Commissioner Rodney Ellis.
